You get a short checklist for your business name, owner details, and, for EIN filings, the responsible party information the IRS requires. Payment is due before filing begins, by debit or credit card, CashApp, Zelle, or check.

We File Everything
Your documents are prepared and submitted to the State of Colorado and, for EIN orders, to the IRS. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days, and you get an update at each stage directly from the person doing the work.

What we need from you
To prepare your filings we collect a few basics. Your information goes straight to our team, is used only to complete your order, and is never sold. EIN applications require the responsible party’s SSN or ITIN because the IRS mandates it; this is standard for every EIN filing.
- Your proposed business name, plus a backup in case the first is taken
- Owner names and mailing addresses
- A short description of what the business does
- For EIN filings, the responsible party’s SSN or ITIN, which the IRS requires to issue an EIN
After you are filed
Colorado businesses have ongoing filings, like periodic reports and trade name renewals. When those come due, we can handle them too, so nothing lapses.
