Privacy Policy

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, and message. The Get Started order form collects your contact information, business details (names, address, type of registration), ownership information, and the services you select. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. That is all: this site has no user accounts and collects nothing in the background.

Sensitive information for EIN filings

EIN applications require the responsible party’s Social Security Number or ITIN because the IRS mandates it. We never ask for it through this website. It is collected directly, by phone or secure email, during the filing process, used only for the IRS application, and treated with care.

How your information moves

Form submissions are delivered to us as email through our email provider (Resend), so we can respond and prepare your order. Card payments happen on Stripe’s own secure payment page; your card details go to Stripe, never to this site or our servers. Manual payments (Zelle, CashApp, bank transfer, check) are arranged with you directly.

Browser storage, cookies, and tracking

To keep you from losing your work, the Get Started form saves your in-progress answers in your browser’s local storage for up to 7 days. That data stays on your device and is removed when you submit or when it expires. This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party trackers.

How we use and share it

Your information is used for one purpose: preparing and filing your paperwork and communicating with you about it. It is shared only with the government agencies required to complete your filing, the Colorado Secretary of State and the IRS. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Retention and deletion

We keep order records as long as needed to complete your service and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it; we honor deletion requests except for records we are required to keep. One honest limit: filings already submitted to the state or the IRS become government records that we cannot recall or delete.

Privacy requests and contact

For any privacy question or request, call or text (719) 464-2584, email [email protected], or write to P.O. Box 291, Brighton, CO.

Scope

This policy covers this website and both of its language versions. The Spanish version is provided as a courtesy; if the two ever differ, the English version governs. If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
